How do I increase my web traffic for free and do you like my site?

I have recently started a website www.snaplyts.com (there are alot of websites that offer myspace layouts and such, so I tried to add extra stuff like a chat line and forum but I still need help trying to get traffic to my site). Anyone who is knowledgeable in this area and could offer a few suggestions, that would be wonderful. I would also like input about my site. I haven’t completely got all my layouts up. (I try to do two or three a day) Any type of suggestions to improve my site or traffic would be greatly appreciated.
